You can also get in a great workout at the fitness center or play a game of tennis.

Most of the residential real estate in Cortez Park was built between the 1970s and the early 2000s. As such, it is considered to be a well-established neighborhood, but it is not as old as some other parts of Phoenix. Approximately 81.7% of the neighborhood’s residences were built in the past few decades.

The Cortez Park neighborhood is home to a large number of people from many different ethnic backgrounds. The majority of residents identify as Asian, but some people have German, Irish, or Italian ancestry. In fact, 10.9% of the neighborhood’s residents were born abroad. Despite the diversity of ethnicity, most residents speak English at home.

One of the most unique characteristics of the Cortez Park neighborhood is its high mobility. Most residents here have moved from other neighborhoods. This makes the neighborhood stand out among the others. Many residents of the neighborhood are carpoolers and bikers, and this makes it a good choice for those who enjoy getting around town.

The park is nice, but there is a lot of homelessness. The pond is sometimes dirty and the workers aren’t keeping it clean. There are restrooms, but they close early. And there’s no stall door. Despite this, the park has a great splash pad area and two basketball courts
